I was blown away by Mark, let me start by saying he was over the 5th realtor we sat down with. He explained everything to us at our speed, really made sure that we were taking care of. I could not be happier with picking Mark as our agent, not only did he get us the house under price, we made a good amount in closing cost back and received literally everything we asked for.

MARK WILL BE MY REALTOR FOR LIFE!! Choosing Mark as my realtor, was one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life. The house buying process was a little messy with things that came up, BUT Mark made my experience worth it!! If I had a problem with anything, Mark was straight forward and notified me right away..and he had answers to my problem, and if he didn't know an answer, he found out the answer. Mark's communication, professionalism, and negotiation skills was unmatched by other realtors I have worked with. He didn't try and sell us on a house as other realtors would, he found my family and I a house that we actually wanted. He was about to stop the price of our house from continuing to climb. Other people had out bid us, but with Mark's negotiating, he made us the clear winners. Also, since Mark was about to the price from going up even more, we were about to get the best deal possible, with $5,000 sent back to us at closing and $40,000 in equity!! I’m from a small town. My partner and I met Mark at an open house. His professional yet warm and genuine demeanor instantly made me feel right at home in the ‘big’ city. I am also a first time home buyer, and Mark seemed to know how to comfort me and make the process as anxiety free as possible. Mark was well informed about the property and the market. I always felt listened to. He was very responsive, and I felt impressed with how naturally he made me feel respected and at ease. Mark made plenty of space to answer questions. He was instrumental in helping us get our first offer accepted. He organized, arranged, and was present for services necessary to close on our home. I was disappointed when the seller replaced a beautiful red door after our offer was accepted. Out of kindness, Mark went out of his way to locate the door, and I was so surprised.
